We are committed to an exciting programme of development and expansion
within Choice Services in the Republic of Ireland and we are now
seeking to recruit the above role which will play an integral role in
driving our agenda of positive change.
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:
* Must be able to demonstrate a high level of previous experience in
a call handling environment.
* Ability to use MS Office packages, in particular excel and IT \
database systems and keep task order records up to date.
* Ability to work as part of a team as well as self-motivated to
work independently
* Evidence of delivering high levels of customer service in a help
desk, contact centre or call centre environment
* Evidence of good level of communication and administrative skills
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
* A general knowledge of building maintenance, property or building
services terminology
* A minimum of 2 year's experience in the property, housing,
maintenance, construction or services industry.
* Hybrid working available post completion of training and probation
period.
* On site parking included
